Business Development Executive
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at VIRRAT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to craft and execute effective growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
⇒ Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
⇒ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
⇒ Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and expand into new markets.
⇒ Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
⇒ Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
⇒ Monitor and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
⇒ Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications
⇒ 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
⇒ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
⇒ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
⇒ Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
⇒ Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and sales best practices.
⇒ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
⇒ Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
