We are hiring a results-driven Digital & Performance Marketer to lead performance campaigns, manage social media, optimize SEO, and execute data-backed digital strategies that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
⇒ Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth
⇒ Execute and manage paid campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
⇒ Oversee SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic
⇒ Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize for better results
⇒ Collaborate with the design and content teams to align branding efforts with marketing strategies
⇒ Ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels
Qualifications
⇒ 2-3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO Optimization
⇒ Expertise in creating and managing digital campaigns that deliver measurable results
⇒ Strong understanding of branding and design principles
⇒ Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to identify insights and trends for optimization
⇒ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
