Hiring: WordPress Web Developer

What You’ll Do

⦁ Design and develop static & dynamic WordPress websites aligned with client objectives
⦁ Convert UI designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages
⦁ Customize themes, plugins, and functionality as per project needs
⦁ Manage website updates, enhancements, and regular maintenance
⦁ Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and hosting-related challenges
⦁ Handle database management & backups using phpMyAdmin
⦁ Ensure website security, speed optimization, and smooth navigation
⦁ Coordinate with hosting providers for uptime, domain, and server issues
⦁ Maintain clean code, structured files, and proper version backups

Tech Stack & Skills You Should Own

⦁ Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (Core + Customization)
⦁ Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP
⦁ Experience with APIs, forms, and third-party integrations
⦁ Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
⦁ Familiarity with e-commerce websites (WooCommerce preferred)
⦁ Understanding of performance optimization & SEO-friendly development

Who We’re Looking For

⦁ 1–3 years of relevant experience in web/WordPress development
⦁ Someone who can work independently yet collaborate smoothly with teams
⦁ Strong problem-solving mindset — you don’t panic, you debug
⦁ Detail-oriented with respect for deadlines and quality
⦁ Comfortable in an agency environment with multiple projects running parallel
